Welford King Recruitment was founded by Lewis King and Paul Welford in 2026 with a simple aim: to provide construction businesses with a recruitment partner that genuinely understands the industry.
Having spent years recruiting within construction, both saw first-hand the challenges contractors face when trying to source reliable workers and skilled professionals. Too often, recruitment was being handled by agencies with little understanding of construction, its people, or the realities of life on site.
